For those with neck pain this will be a life saver. I get IMS (needles) in my neck twice a week. I’ve been using one time use disposable heat packs after every appointment to lower the neck muscle spasms. Being able to use this for as long or little as I need is incredible! I love it has the option for 15, 30 or 60 minutes. You also have the choice of 3 temperatures. My neck is a bit small so it has a gap between the heat and my skin. However, it is still very warm and I can sit with a pillow behind me to get the full heat effect.
Absolutely love this, it will also be great to wear during Canadian winters. I hope they make something for the neck and shoulders/upper back!!!
