1.When your earphone can not connect to the QCY app for the first time, please switch the phone system language to English, and then reconnect the QCY app. After the connection is successful, you can switch back to the language of your country. It is only the first time that this may happen, and subsequent connections will be made automatically.

2.The volume adjustment function needs to be connected to the QCY APP, and the earbud touch cannot realize volume adjustment.
